The Zero Waste Foundation, supported by Don’t Waste, joined forces with Pick n Pay’s People n Planet and KZN Beach Clean Up to conduct a clean-up at the Country Club Beach in Durban.

We are excited to report that over 60 bags of trash were collected, weighing in at 245kgs.
Our teams did a fantastic job in doing a thorough clean-up of the area, collecting small pieces of troublesome plastic and polystyrene which would have otherwise made its way back into the ocean.
With every clean-up done, we are one step closer to restoring the integrity of our environment. We are the generation that will make a difference.
